Sandwater Primary school is a rural school situated in Umzamowethu outside of Oyster Bay. The newly built school building is under resourced. Kouga Wind Farm provided the school with new school furniture for the learners and staff and a solar powered computer lab in 2015. In February 2016 Kouga Wind Farm began levelling and fencing the playing field at the school.
